Today on the show we have a guest!! JayCeeTee is a youtuber who has lost and incredible 40lbs but more importantly has kept it off. He has his own channel on YouTube, sells cars for Voklswagen, and is a family man. Today shares with us his struggle to lose weight and opens up about his meals, his YouTube channel, and his weight loss journey.

We also discuss the gym and situations like spin class, comparing yourself to others at the gym. Then Drew brings in the Keto Meter to measure Pablo's Keto number. Drew suspects Pablo is falling into Ketosis when he is Intermittent Fasting. Drew has used this device for two weeks to measure if he is Keto or not and today he uses it on Pablo.

As in every week, Drew and Pablo, weigh themselves on the scale during the podcast. We analyze our eating habits for this past week and reflect on our weeks. JayCeeTee asks us what our individual goals are and we go over them. We also go over our weekly goals set every week. JayCeeTee brings up the idea that we should punish ourselves for not hitting our goals. Drew aims for Pablo's weakness, Pablo fires back!! The bet is on!!
