Pablo and Drew convene after another week in the struggle to lose the pounds (LBS). Last week the guys made what has to be the easiest bet on planet earth; lose half a pound or face a punishment to be determined by one an other. Drew of course went right to the nuts and threatened Pablo beer consumption for the following week to 5 beers total. Not to be out done, Pablo returned the favor and threatened to cut off the Drew's coffee consumption to (including any caffeinated beverages) to five for the week. The guys weight and find out if they will be enjoying their respective favorite beverages or if they will be counting them down.
Drew gets into the relationship he is starting to see between blood glucose level and Ketones and discusses how he plans to experiment with a fat fast to see how his numbers respond.
As in every week, Drew and Pablo, weigh themselves on the scale during the podcast. We analyze our eating habits for this past week and reflect on our weeks. JayCeeTee asks us what our individual goals are and we go over them. We also go over our weekly goals set every week.
