Look it's been a brutal week for those not short the market and even those cryptotraders that have been doing well on the short side are still seeing their portfolios hurting. It's the despair that I am seeing in others that has really hit the hardest, people have lost it all through the LUNA fiasco and it's very sad to see. Bitcoin, ETH, ADA, XRP, and everything else can go lower, don't play the game if you don't know the rules when it comes to trading, and please, for the love of god, just be nice friends.
