Dom Cummings says he wants to "transform Britain into a 'meritocratic technopolis'". He's now worked his way into a position where he can implement his ideas via the blank slate of our new Prime Minister, Boris Johnson. We don't like him, but since we're stuck with him for the foreseeable future, we think about the areas where our values might intersect.
