Today I have Amy Ippoliti and she is a powerhouse for social change. The yoga studio may not be the preferred spot to have political conversations, but Amy shares how we can use our connection to those around us to help create that change. 

• We talk about giving back to our community through seva yoga, and how it pulls the community together in ways of understanding what’s happening in the outside world. Creating an impact  
• We talk about how we can start making the social change within our community by being people who choose to stay informed. Amy talks about the importance of using our voice to contact public figures and speaking up when change is needed.
