Upon beginning her search for her first NYC apartment Cat realizes that she isn't as financially prepared as she's expected to be. After years of disregard for her financial security, she has arrived at a place where she can acknowledge the naivete of her past. Throughout this episode, she imagines how differently things would be now if she had the foresight to begin preparing earlier in her 20s and recalls some of the toxic spending habits she had when she was younger.
