Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed about how far you are from reaching your fitness goals?

Everyone (myself included) tend to experience "freak out" periods where, despite how much progress we've made, we become anxious and impatient about how much there is left to go in order to reach our goal.

I've found that what a lot of people don't do enough, which contributes to them NOT breaking out of this mental block, is that they don't focus on these things when making decisions throughout their day:

  1. The intention of the decision they are making
  2. The desired outcome they want from making that decision

This goes for nutrition, training, supplementation, effort, focus, and many other pieces of the puzzle that makeup your fitness, weight loss, or muscle building regimen.
