In the Moment - CEO or Operations Manager? Which are you?
When you’re running a business, it’s easy to lose sight of the role you have in the business. We have CEO as a title, but our jobs are more aligned with that of an Operations Manager. We’re doing the tasks instead of focusing on strategic growth and actions surrounding it. It’s time to make a mindset shift and actions shift into being a true CEO and see the results we want for our businesses and lives.
