Vanessa Cherenfant is an entrepreneur, engineer and proud STEMinist. She is the Managing Director at SADAX Technology Services, a professional service firm specialized in delivering enterprise technology solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Windows Azure platforms. She is committed to causes such as the promotion of diversity and the advancement of women in Technologies and is a strong believer of the "Be the Change you want to see" mantra. In this inspiring talk, she shares with us how she works to bring more women in STEM after dealing for so long with the challenge of always being “the only woman in the room.'' In her everyday work, she aspires to not only to embrace diversity but also make sure that people understand their own biases.
