Laviva Mazhar is an investment analyst at Luge Capital. She is focused on sourcing fintech startups, performing due diligence and supporting portfolio companies. Laviva is also a VC advisor for Front Row Ventures and advisor for Holt Accelerator. She was selected to be on the 2017 Global Women in FinTech Powerlist. Born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Laviva moved to Canada to complete her BCom degree at McGill University. In this inspiring talk, she talks about her first steps in investment management and her role in helping build fintech champions of tomorrow.
