This talk from Revolution Minneapolis Brien continues to dive into the book of James. In this talk we focus on James 2:1-10. What does this portion of scripture say to us as modern readers and hearers of this message? In James 2 we can see that it is a dualism of being poor/rich, and how do we deal with it. The main thrust of this talk is how no one should show favoritism toward one another, but often times the church gives favor to those who have the money and riches we so crave.
