In this, Lisa discusses the importance of exercising your brain as well as your body. She starts with fun facts about the brain, teaches on brain systems and their functions, discusses how physical exercise affects the brain, and shares ways to exercise your brain. 

Although you will find this episode to be a bit of a different flavor than we typically hear from Lisa, you will still recognize how she connects it all to kingdom principles.
