In the workworld we think of creativity in the context of design thinking. But design thinking, which is supposed to be all about thinking without confinements, is proposed as a 5-step process. Ironic. Today we say get rid of the numbered steps, and call them colours. We then celebrate the third "colour" of design thinking - ideate.
