Coach Max dives into mental toughness, how to build it across a training block, prior to a training session and actually during a difficult workout.

Max is a former Parachute Regiment soldier, has competed in Elite CrossFit for 10 years and prior to that held Army records for ultra endurance running. He pulls together this bank of experience to give some actionable tips and techniques to help improve your head game.
