So this is one from the archives on my old Podcast, but I think this could offer huge value to you.

I spoke to Dr Phil Carson about natural ways to deal with mental health issues. Why? Because Dr Phil was someone who was a trained doctor who practiced medicine who then transitioned into more natural remedies and saw some amazing results.

This episode needs an open ear and an open mind, we're very conditioned to believe the medication is the only way to getting better sometimes. But in this episode we talk about natural ways to help depression, anxiety alongside other physical illnesses.
