Next, Jene wonders if Jerry -- the father of reality and modern talk television -- should be held responsible for the rise and national obsession with Donald Trump. Jene proposes that Megan sign up for J Date, the Jewish online dating service. He asks Jerry and Megan to role-play what a phone call would sound like if they had exchanged numbers through the website service. Then, Jerry refutes the idea that America is falling apart -- a often-repeated refrain from today's politicians. During the 60's with Vietnam and civil rights unrest America was actually falling apart -- with leaders like J.F.K, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers, and others being assassinated -- but we made it through that, too.
