Jene proposes that if Megan and he are not going to commit to constantly calling Jerry “Mr. Mayor” then they at least should show respect by calling him “Mr. Springer.” Jerry tells them the day after the Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl, Peyton Manning saw Jerry backstage at Meredith Viera's show and called out to him, “Mr. Springer!” Jene gets Jerry to tell how he met his long lost cousin from Israel. Jerry, Jene and Megan talk about the union membership drop in recent years. Jerry discusses the ongoing pressures of unions, even if their numbers shrink. To flesh out the discussion, we introduce Nicholas Williams, a member of the local electricians’ union, who will soon have his own union electrician’s shop.
