B - Believe. Take a moment to see through another’s eyes. Would you talk to someone else the way you talk to yourself . . . Do you offer yourself the same grace that you do others.
O - Open to receive the guidance and love that is all around, even if you have a lot of the answers and think you know what to do.
B - Become. Embody the energy of love. Loving on yourself sets an energetic tone that ripples out and shows the world how you wish to be treated.
