I had the opportunity to interview Nathalie Ellis of Esteem Counseling Services which is a private practice based in Georgia. She is a licensed mental health therapist. We had a conversation about mental illness and the many stigmas associated with it. We offer tips and guidance on effective ways to encourage conversation with others about mental illness, how to reduce the feelings of shame and guilt associated with it.
