In honor of Social Work Month I sat down with fellow social worker Gina Onayiga who discusses all the challenges that we undergo in our field. We get into what it's like to balance work and family life. The understanding that social worker isn't just about "helping" people but that it is so much more. We identify many of the challenges faced in our professions along with the triumphs.
