Since 1993, Heather Taylor has been serving as a Registered Nurse in both Canada and the United States. During this time, Heather has worked closely with dying patients and their loved ones in both hospital and hospice settings. Heather realized how when a death occurs, there are often little resources available to help survivors negotiate the demands of daily life afterward. Heather's personal awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the bereaved inspired her to shape her intuitions into a concrete plan for a service that would support families through this transitional and painful time.
