Susan Saunders is co-author with Annabel Streets and together they are on a mission to encourage us all to plan ahead to be really healthy as we get older. I’ve just had a birthday so this is also on my mind but I also KNOW that how we look after ourselves, our bodies, our minds has a huge impact on our ability to be resilient, confident and strong.
These are all super important and how we experience getting older and nurturing health and happiness are OUR choice - WE are responsible for our future health and our health - mentally and physically right now. Susan and I discuss what rising up means to her, and lots of practical ideas and tips for building and nurturing resilience. Never have we needed this more!
