HVAC contractors and engineers are historically not the most technologically progressive people. "If it ain't broke", is a mantra that often comes up when it deals with new things and social media is no exception. But who can blame them? Things are changing on a daily basis and who has the time to stay profitable while keeping up with it. In this episode, I talk with John Sonnhalter, a speicalist when it comes to social media. John's perspective is from someone who deals specifically with the contracting world, so he has to be practicle.
