McDonald's French Fries are NOT gluten free in the US. This is a fallacy that seems to rear it's ugly head frequently in Facebook groups. One of the fries' 19 (!) ingredients is Natural Beef Flavor, made from wheat. Not only that, McDonald's announced the fries are fried in the same fryer as their new donut sticks.
