Description

Shared Facilities: manufacturing facilities that produce both gluten containing and gluten free products are not necessarily a red flag. Facilities can be as large as football fields. Shared equipment, on the other hand, needs further investigation with the manufacturer if an individual decides it's worth pursuing. A call to the manufacturer can give more info about how the equipment is cleaned in between runs.
