Description

Charlie’s Table, the maker of a new line of gluten free artsinal pasta, (www.charliestable.com) has conducted extensive research, including several series of focus groups to help them better understand the needs of the Celiac community, including refining their gluten-free product offerings.

Based on this research and previous experience working with non-profit groups, it struck them that there may be significant opportunities to better connect and support the celiac disease/gluten-free community. These focus groups, organized in partnership with Baltimore Gluten, are designed to confirm whether there are unmet needs and, if so, whether their ideas to address them are worth pursuing through a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is supported by Charlie’s Table.

Participants will receive a complimentary selection of fresh artisanal pasta products from Charlie’s Table.

From Charlie’s Table:

We started Charlie's Table to be sure there would be a seat at the table for everyone, including people who need to eat a certain way - whether because of medical need or choice. We're starting with a variety of fresh artisanal pastas, created by an Italian American restaurant owner who became gluten intolerant. All of our products are GFCO certified gluten-free, OK Kosher Pareve and produced in a 100% dedicated certified gluten-free facility. To learn more, visit www.charliestable.com
