Topic: Today, we're talking about something that we all experience: worry. The fleeting unease before a job interview, the persistent thoughts about a big presentation—Meeting someone new or even whether or not a trip will go off as planned. When does worry become anxiety and then when does anxiety become an anxiety disorder? We’ll explore that distinction today and discuss when it's time to seek help.
