Differentiating between what we can change and what we can't is a huge hurdle we all face. How many of us get caught up and stressed out and anxious about things that we have zero control? We get frustrated when there's traffic we get upset when there's a flight delay.
These are things that we have zero control over and we need to understand that. Whatever we can or can't control does no dictate who we are.
