Description

Not all advice is good advice. A big marketing expert is telling folks everyone should have a 10 year marketing plan. I would disagree. Too much changes - fast. Look where you are right now - working at home. Trying to adapt to keep yourself employed, working to bridge the gap between your goods and services and the people that want to buy them. The need for online is skyrocketing. Nobody can find cameras for all the zoom meetings happening - and the resolutions are declining in the hopes of bringing on board folks with lesser bandwidth. These are things you can't plan for, so you must adapt. Announcing you have plans for 10 years ahead is a bit odd and will allow your competitors to jump in to a market and innovate you out of sales. Listen in - more tomorrow! Jan
