Lot's of time and effort develops marketing launches. Are you documenting the successful and the not-so-successful moves made durnig the launch? I suggest holding a meeting at your offices where people can grab information from their desks or use laptops and you also have the ability to write on large display boards. Seeing how your project played out with the various team members and the issues that might have slowed the team down might give you insight to fix these snags in the company so all future launches are improved.
