Take care of all the places your business shows up – this is directories, links from other websites, links from review sites…. And off course your main social platforms.
Respond to all reviews on a timely basis. If there is something wrong – better fix it! 70 percent of unhappy customers whose problems are resolved are willing to shop with a business again.
