Using the YELP Waitlist portion of the app makes it easy for restaurants to call you back so you can place your order and they can give you an estimated pick up time. Genuis! No more blocked phone lines. Everyone is patient. This is a great example of a small business using all the tools at their disposal for excellent online communication with their customers staying at home.
