Sorry for my absence! My parents moved and I was crucial to the process for the last 4 days. I made this recording on Monday and forgot to post it - then came back and did a bit more edits.
Google My Business is changing from a general service area to one of towns and zip codes. It will standardize things. Make these changes if this affects your business situation.
ALSO be sure to check for new categories! They keep adding new ones.
