Product Positioning is a topic in marketing that does not get enough attention. When you start a new company and develop your position in the marketplace it seems to be a sort of set spot that you tend to gravitate towards and you surround yourself with people uber focused on that niche.
Ask yourself.
How did we come up with that niche?
What value do we give to our customers – something they cannot find anywhere else.
What is our unique position?
Is it time for an excersise in your company to expand your reach with different positioning of your existing product?
