Pay attention to the communications you are sending out there. What time are they hitting people? Are you blowing up my phone at night? Do you just assume my phone is on silent at night? No. People have emergencies. I don't do that...so when you ding my phone at 1:30 am that's a problem. And I can't be the only person mad about having y sleep interrupted by a marketing email.
