If you just have the words "Insurance Agency" as your lone category in Google My Business you are missing out on lots of traffic. Add as many categories as possible.
I will make a blog post on the website tomorrow to showcase all the categories that my friend (and you too if you are in insurance) can use to drive more exposure to their listing and encourage a phone call - sale!
