Troops, we sat down with a class bloke David Ward who came on the show to talk about a super difficult issue. He talked about his mother and her battle with mental health. He told us what it was like to grow up around that and how he lived with it day to day until he left home at the age of 15 to sleep on streets.
We chatted about his Fan Dance event and what it was like for him to do an event like that for the very first time, how much he enjoyed it and why he fell in love with hiking.
