Troops, it is Monday and this morning I sat down with HG. She is the Ronseal Woman, does what it says on the TIN.
Super keen Cross-Fitter and she all about self-development. We met on the Make or Break Course that she smashed.
She is now helping others as a coach including working with the rebranded WW.
