The steps are: 

 1. Create an emotional connection with your goals - HOW DO I WANT TO FEEL?

-What do you envision your life looking like when you’ve achieved this goal

-How do you feel as this person? 

-How has your communication changed? 

-How has your relationships changed?

2.Reverse engineer your goals

-Quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily

3. Keep a journal towards your goals and write things down! 

-Write down your top 2020 goals in past tense  

-Use the intentions section of your journal to set who you need to BE in order to get the task done  

-Make sure your weekly CEO Sunday is outlining the aligned actions that are to be taken to take out the messy planning daily

4. Share your goals! 

- Create an accountability system

- Hire a coach or join a program 

- DON'T share your goals if you have a track record of not achieving them. Share your achievements not your intentions
