When I ask them WHAT their biggest struggle is post competition or after they've gained back a lot of the weight they initially lost, its help with losing weight again! But what happens is every time they go to clean up their diet or get consistent self sabotage creeps back in. the actual problem is not the body weight, but what they think about their body weight.
