Since the pandemic hit the world, people have looked for ways to stay motivated and active. The internet is filled with different types of challenges, of various lengths, meant to encourage people either to pursue their passions, to stay healthy, or to support their favorite causes.

 

I believe this trend only brings great benefits to people all over the world and we all have the potential to contribute to our own development. So today, I would like to suggest to all of you a challenge – I call it ‘The Self-Improvement Challenge’ – that I believe will help improve your overall life. I’d like you to commit a certain number of days – you can start small, and gradually extend the length – to becoming a better version of yourself every day, so that each day, before you go to sleep you can say, “I did something that made me a better person than I was yesterday.”

 

What I’m suggesting to you in this episode is one of the simplest challenges you can take because you are the one who’s setting the rules and there’s nobody looking over you to determine that you’re following the rules that you set. But you’ll know it, and you’ll feel really rewarded if you follow through.

 

This is the kind of challenge you can’t really lose – you can only win big, or even bigger.
