Kevin McHugh has over twenty four years Board level international experience in governance, compliance and risk management and has over fifteen year experience as a Company Director. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. In 2018 he founded Priory GRC Consulting Limited, a boutique consultancy company which provides a full range of services in governance, compliance and risk management.
Kevin has spoken at conferences in Ireland, the UK, Brussels and Amsterdam and has presented webinars to international audiences.
Kevin is a member of the Fund Raising Committee of Aidlink, a charity which exists to improve the lives of those in poverty in Africa, particularly in Kenya, Uganda and Ghana.
Kevin is an international chess player and Chairman of the Gonzaga College Parents Council.
