Journaling is my ultimate anti depressant. It’s an honest & loving friend I lean on in tough times. It is a mentor when I need guidance. It’s a simple and free daily practice that has dramatically impacted my life for the better, allowing me to gain tremendous amounts of clarity and remove self inflicted limits i’ve imposed on myself.
