Erick Godsey is on a journey to understand human nature. He is a psychology scholar, and one of the best in the world in terms of helping us understand our psyche and the subconscious stories we tell ourselves. He is a self-taught cognitive psychologist, habit change expert, and much more. Erick is greatly driven by a desire to help people with anxiety and depression, and I am certain he will make major dents in this space for years to come.
