“As important as it is to move the body and keep it strong … we have to have a practice that powers us down.” – Jennifer Reuter
In today’s episode I’m talking to Jennifer Reuter.
Jennifer has been teaching yoga since the year 2000 and advanced teacher trainings since 2009. This includes, but is not limited, to Neelakantha meditation and iRest yoga nidra.
She is also the founder of Yoga Unplugged.
Today Jennifer and I are discussing the healing powers of yoga nidra.
We talk about…
● How it works and how it affects your mind and body
● Why neither of us can live without it
● A breakdown of the different styles
● How to manifest what you want or need in your life using a samkalpa
● Yoga nidra for sleep
During this stressful COVID-19 pandemic when the future is uncertain, and the fear of getting sick is real, it is crucial to have practices like yoga nidra to help keep your immune system strong and your thoughts grounded.
There are hundreds of ways you can practice online. We encourage you to try it out. We are certain you will see immediate results. Stay safe and well everyone.
