With more women than ever looking to maintain fitness during pregnancy and return safely back postpartum, everyone wants to know what's safe + how quickly they will "bounce back." But instead of finding cookie cutter programs sold on instagram, it's so important for people to find both a qualified coach to help and a strong community to support them.
