Sarah Allen is a highly experienced property investor with over two decades of experience in the industry. Starting out in 2001 working for a new build construction company, she worked her way up from sales to lettings manager and valuation manager at various estate agents in the Stoke on Trent area while building her own buy-to-let property portfolio. In 2006, Sarah made the bold decision to leave her job and concentrate on her property business full-time, which has now grown to become a multi-million-pound portfolio using a variety of investment strategies such as BTL’s, Rent to Buy, BRRR, lease option, EDCs, flips, JVs, Raising investor Finance, property management, and project management. As a mentor and coach, Sarah is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and make the most out of their lives.
