Happy New Year from all of us at Sikh Forgiveness!
As we begin Dry January, Sandy takes some time to speak to Jag about her experiences of being sober following Alcohol misuse through various stages in her life. She explores some of the factors leading into her alcohol use and the techniques she found most helpful in becoming sober.
Jag has been sober for three years now and is looking to take the momentum she has gained into 2020 with her in projects centred around substance misuse and the positive outcomes that can be achieved through reaching out to make difficult changes.
