Paula and her biz partner, Nick Green are pioneers in the laundry detergent industry. Setting up Smol in 2018 they are the leading detergent subscription business in the UK. With Covid19 they saw a massive surge in demand and have just raised £8million to support their expansion plans.
Paula and I chat about how it all began, the challenges they have faced (one of which may surprise you), what she perceives the words success and failure mean to her, how she looks after herself, her fav chocolate bar and much more.
