For most couples, when you choose to settle down and have a family, it's not done with the intention of separating down the track. Yet for many parents, this is a path they need to learn to quickly navigate as co-parenting is a common arrangement in today's society. Tahana Lee joins me to speak openly about separating from her son's father, how they adjusted to sharing the responsibilities of raising their child and what life looks like as a single mother. She also touches on the emotional rollercoaster that's associated with their own relationship and how this can change with the addition of third parties, showing just how complex it can be to share a child with someone you no longer share a life with.
